HEADACHES

Tension Headaches:

The most common type of headache, often characterized by a dull, aching pain around the head, scalp, or neck. These headaches are often caused by muscle tension, stress, poor posture, or neck and upper back strain.

Migraine Headaches:

Intense, throbbing headaches often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraines can be triggered by various factors, including stress, hormonal changes, certain foods, and environmental factors.

Cervicogenic Headaches:

Headaches that originate from issues in the cervical spine (neck). They are often caused by misalignments or dysfunctions in the neck vertebrae, leading to referred pain in the head.

Cluster Headaches:

Severe, debilitating headaches that occur in cyclical patterns or clusters. They are characterized by intense pain around one eye or one side of the head and can be accompanied by symptoms like tearing, nasal congestion, and restlessness.

Sinus Headaches:

Headaches caused by inflammation or infection in the sinuses. They often involve pain and pressure around the forehead, cheeks, and eyes and can be associated with sinus symptoms like nasal congestion and discharge.

Post-Traumatic Headaches:

Headaches that develop after a head injury or concussion. These can vary in intensity and duration and may be associated with other symptoms such as dizziness, difficulty concentrating, and mood changes.
